Have you ever sat down to meditate, complete with your favorite incense burning, candles lit, a soft cushion to perch on, warm blankets over you, maybe even with a singing bowl to clear the energy, and your favorite app guiding the way?
Now I’m not sure about you, but despite the whole set up, most of my experience with meditation still always seemed to feel like after all that effort, the peace would last a few hours but then the mental chatter would start all over again as the day unfolded, and I was left thinking I hadn’t done enough, maybe that I wasn’t doing it right, and more often than not, I would just plain forget about the bliss that I had experienced hours before.
Meditation has real benefits, don’t get me wrong. But what I found on my journey, was that I always had to separate from my life if I wanted access to what it was offering.
There was always something I was 'doing' to reach that state of 'not-doing' - like following my breathing, repeating a mantra, chanting, Om-ing, and all sorts of other practices which usually involved activating the mind again.
And quite frankly, it never felt like a truly restful experience and all too often I would walk away from my practice, relaxed and clearer, but no closer to the enlightened state of Being that I was targeting.
The fact that I had to constantly separate from my life in order to access that blissful state, became somewhat of a contradiction to the very thing I was seeking in my everyday life.
Many years later, after trying many other modalities and techniques to clear my mind and operate with more consciousness, I finally found something that gave me that and so much more!
Enter: Access the Bars®.
There are 32 ‘bars’ of energy that run through and around your head that store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about things like money, control, body, sexuality etc.
Now each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that we have fixed in place, locks up or solidifies the energy and then limits our capacity to change anything in that area of our life.
But when we run that bar, we release all that pent up energy and charge, which creates the space for something greater to show up!
When you are functioning from fixed thoughts, decisions, beliefs etc. you can not be aware of anything that does not match that.
Now I’m not sure about you, but there was never a meditation technique that ever allowed me that kind of additional functionality.
Sure my mind would get clear of thoughts, but the programming I was operating from, and all the pent up charges associated with my thoughts, feelings, and emotions - both positive and negative - would still remain in tact.
I just used to sit there, breathe, chant, and try my damnedest to clear my mind of all thought etc. And many sessions did that. But it wasn’t lasting and that’s what is truly different with the Bars®.
Let’s take the area of money for example and use the metaphor of a computer program. Every thought you have ever had about money that you considered important, any decision you ever made about it, etc. are all like the files that make up the programming you function from as it relates to money. And all of the energy those files generate, get stored in the Bar called "money."
Now let’s say that you realize that your money situation isn’t working for you and you’d like to change it. If you don’t delete those files and empty the trash, they will continue to take up space, and literally run your life in that area.
And even if you go and learn a new course ‘program’ that comes with all ‘new and updated files’, if your Money Bar is still storing all the old programming and corresponding energy…eventually your system is going to slow down and now run as well as it could, because you haven’t deleted your old files (a.k.a run that bar to dissipate all the old energy).
Now when I get my Bars® run, the effects lasted so much longer, because all the electromagnetic charge gets totally wiped clear which allows me to be much more present throughout the day.
The best part is I don't have to sit for hours and hours everyday! Just one session a week leaves me truly feeling clearer, more focused, lighter, and literally changes the programming that I was operating from, which creates the sustainable change and consciousness I'm really looking for.
How does it get any better than that!?
The research that has started to be conducted so far on the Bars® has totally blown scientists away.
One of the first people to study the Bars was Dr. Fannin. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications and is the founder and Executive Director for the Center for Cognitive Enhancement and Thought Genius, LLC.
He has worked in the neuroscience field, mapping and analyzing the brain for over 16 years and was totally astounded at what just one Bars session did to the brain of the recipient.
It seems as though the changes to the brain were more effective - not just equally - than Meditation in that just one session produced the same results as someone who had been meditating for years!
